body fail body was a one-night-only devised performance at the Guthrie’s Dowling Studio in 2019, produced by Lightning Rod. The work gathered an ensemble of queer artists to explore failure, collectivity, ritual, and the strange intimacy of bodies. Built from movement scores, sound experiments, altar practices, and text, the performance treated the stage as both laboratory and altar.
